All Points Bulletin TV is a non-profit 501 (c) (3) organization dedicated to help find missing, unidentified, unclaimed persons by bringing attention to their stories and cold cases until the disappearance is solved. All-Points Bulletin TV works with families, victims, private industry, law enforcement, and the public to assist with bringing awareness to missing persons and cold cases with an emphasis on persons of color.

INEQUALITY IN MEDIA ATTENTION
Experts say the United States faces “Missing White Women Syndrome,” which is defined by the heavier media attention White women and girls receive when they go missing compared to anyone outside of those demographics, according to a study published by the Northwestern University School of Law in 2016. The study points out that missing Black people are less likely to garner media attention at the outset than other groups and when they do make the news and they receive a lower intensity of coverage.
613,000 people reported missing in the U.S. last year, about 60% were people of color.
Black women make up less than 7% of the U.S. population, they represent about 10% of all missing persons cases throughout the country
According to 2020 FBI data, Black people make up 35% of missing persons reports but only 13% of the US population

Ms. Reese approached Sheriff McFadden to act as a trusted advisor to All Points Bulletin TV. Sheriff McFadden holds unique experience by leading “I Am Homicide” on Investigation Discovery 2016 and is currently in production on a new show with Discovery Chanel and A&E.
